I stumbled across not one, but TWO TEKSID V8s sitting in Lincoln Continentals at Columbia's Pull-A-Part. One is a blown motor so the pistons and valvetrain are toast, the other seems intact. If you're planning on building a 600+ hp Mustang/Ford, the Italian-casted Teksid block is preferred over the later Ford-made aluminum block that replaced it. Also, 4-valves heads are supposedly magical upgrades for 2-valve Mustangs and Crown Vics.

Um, maybe!

We blew the motor up in our LeMons Thunderbird last year, haven't gotten a replacement yet. We are kinda sorting looking for a 4.6 from a 02-04 Explorer, but a Teksid woould be SWEET!

There's two in there, better hurry up and claim them before word gets out! I made sure to shut the hoods so no one else would notice the "IN-TECH 32V" emblem on the plastic engine cover.
